The keynote speaker is a legendary Black lesbian feminist writer, scholar, publisher, and activist. Barbara Smith. Among her many accomplishments, she is a co-founder of the Combahee River Collective, co-author of the Combahee River Collective Statement, and editor of Home Girls: A Black Feminist Anthology.
