Join a relaxing Guided Forest Therapy Walk led by certified Forest Therapy Guide, Ernie Brooks. This scenic walk will be a rejuvenating experience to foster your connection to the natural world and provide an opportunity to immerse yourself in a calming environment within the trails of the Sylvan Woods.

 

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, a deeper connection to the environment, or simply a chance to unplug, all are welcome! No prior experience is necessary—just come as you are!

 

Location: Sylvan Woods Trails on Campus — Meet at Lot 44D on Eastman Lane
Duration: Approx. 2 hours

 

Some recommended supplies to bring:

  • Filled water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the walk
  • Insect repellent/allergy medicine (if needed)
  • Comfortable and layered clothing: For cooler weather, a coat and/or a rain jacket if rain is in the forecast
  • Snacks (optional)
