The UMass Amherst Jazz Ensemble I, along with guest vocalists from the Vocal Jazz Ensemble, will present “The Music of Sinatra”, a two-concert set of classic tunes by The Chairman of the Board (Frank Sinatra).

In a nod to nightclub “sets”, there will be two identical performances, one at 7:00 PM and the other at 9:00 PM. 

The iconic music will include favorites like “Our Love is Here to Stay”, “Summer Wind”, “It was a Very Good Year”, “Night and Day”, “I Won’t Dance”, and “New York, New York”. Sinatra’s tunes were arranged by legends like Nelson Riddle, Neal Hefti, Billy May and Quincy Jones.
