Come take some time to take care of yourself as the semester is winding down in our writing for healing workshop. One of the CMASS Success Coaches will teach us the skills to stop for a moment and reflect working towards our healing journey. This is an exercise for stress relief and promotes well being, tapping into the healing of mind, body, and spirit. Guided writing exercises, reflective writing prompts, storytelling, community building, and stress relief are among the topics. Come decorate your own journal! Snacks provided.
