About this Event
551 North Pleasant Street, Amherst, Massachusetts 01003
The UMass Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning welcomes the UMass community to its studio presentations from October 15-18th.
Each semester, UMass landscape architecture and regional planning students participate in professional studio courses where they work with clients on real-world projects addressing a range of topics, from climate resilience to afforable housing and public park reinvigoration. Students create landscape designs, draft community action plans, and propose innovative solutions to complex problems facing people and the planet.
Come see our students present their midterm projects, featuring visual displays of 3D landform models, graphic design renderings, and cutting-edge GIS mapping.
