Restaurant Operations Management is a core course within the Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) program. The course provides students the opportunity to manage the restaurant with a team of student employees in an exceptional management and interactive learning environment. Students deliver first-class dining experiences to guests for lunches and dinners; all menu items are served fresh-to-order.
