This is a meeting open to the public to briefly update our community on two future projects requiring MEPA filings: the Center for Early Education and Care (CEEC) and Water and Energy Technology Center (WET).  Information on these projects is available at the following website:  https://www.umass.edu/planning-design-construction/planning, which also includes links to more detailed project webpages.  

The community meeting follows the requirements of the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act and will provide information supporting a Notice of Project Commencement (NPC).  It is a listening session and an opportunity for public comment on the MEPA NPC filing and intends to provide meeting accommodations that meet the needs of environmental justice communities.
