Come join the Peer Health Educators who will guide you through various forms of meditation. No prior experience necessary.
Sensory Meditation: A guided meditation session using sight, touch, smell, sound, and taste, to mindfully explore an object and deepen sensory awareness.
Introductory to Contemplative Practices: We recognize the diversity of contemplative practices by introducing and describing different types of activities. After learning about some evidence-based benefits to contemplative practices participants will be able to practice a focused meditation.
