What to bring: Bring comfortable clothes/shoes for a ~1mile walk, water, and snacks. Bring your phone to document bees we observe on the iNaturalist app. Bring insect collecting nets and jars/tubes if you have them. (We will provide several nets and tubes for participants to use as well).
 

Route: We will meet in lot 12 explore the pollinators along the edges of and behind the lot and then head up the road to the Governor's Drive Songbird Pollinator Garden.
 

Accessibility: This will be an outdoor event primarily in a gravel lot and a grassy area, parking is located close to the Bioblitz sampling area. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to accommodate you at this event by reaching out to abolesfassle@umass.edu.
