 n are offering STRIDE (Strategies and Tactics for Recruiting to Improve Di
 versity and Excellence) Workshops for librarians\, tenure-track faculty\, 
 and non-tenure-track faculty involved in faculty recruitment.\n\n \n\nJoin
  a STRIDE Workshop for an interactive small-group discussion focused on re
 cognizing and addressing implicit biases in the faculty recruitment proces
 s. During this two-hour\, faculty-led session\, participants will explore 
 research-driven best practices for recruiting a diverse candidate pool and
  conducting effective searches. This includes strategies for attracting st
 rong applicants\, developing a robust shortlist\, managing candidate visit
 s\, and selecting the best candidates. Register today!\n\n \n\nCompletion 
 of the STRIDE Workshop is mandatory for all faculty and librarians who pla
 n to serve on a search committee. Access to candidate files will only be g
