This event is an intercultural celebration that explores how a single ingredient, rice, connects communities across African, Asian, Caribbean, Latin, and North American diasporas. Through food, storytelling, a keynote talk, and dialogue, the festival creates space for cultural exchange and reflection on broader themes such as food justice, sustainability, and identity.
